Why Didn’t My House Sell?

It's best if a home is priced and marketed in such way that it will sell in the first 3-4 weeks.  That's when "ready" buyers will act.  Any longer time on the market and you start seeing buyers who are just starting to look and not ready, and agents will start thinking of it as "'stale". There can be many reasons why certain properties do not sell right away.  Market conditions are rarely one of them:  all houses can sell if priced correctly.  But other factors can affect the process.  I'm happy to discuss your situation (phone or email) if you wish.
